Image Gallery
In this image gallery we have numerous examples of how Pixcavator can help scientists and researchers in solving image analysis problems. Each image took just a few seconds to create. Interesting examples of image manipulation in photography are also presented here.
Users are welcome to add their own images.
Note: Usually, there are two numbers that follow the name of the processed image, such as for example house_100_20.jpg. These numbers are the values of the two analysis settings: size and contrast. Then, house_200_10.jpg displays the output of the analysis of house.jpg, the original, where all objects with size less then 200 pixels or the contrast less than 10 are ignored. Those objects are also removed during image simplification.
For explanations and applications see our wiki: Computer Vision Primer (CVprimer.com).
