**MTH 230 - Calculus with Analytic Geometry II.** Applications of the integral, techniques of integration, and infinite series. A study of conic sections, polar coordinates, and parametric equations. (PR: MTH 229 or IST 230)

- Text: Calculus by Rogawski, Chapters 6 - 11
- Goals: fluent integration, application of integration, understanding infinite series, familiarity with introductory multivariable calculus
- Computer Restrictions: graphic calculator TI-83 or TI-83+
- Grade Breakdown: TOTAL = .05×A + .30×Q + .25×M + .40×F
- attendance and participation: 5%
- quizzes: 30%
- midterm: 25%
- final exam: 40%

- Letter Grades: A: 90 - 100, B: 80 - 89, C: 70 - 79, D: 60 - 69, F: < 60
